Well, this Hero ISL season is proving to be one to remember. MCFC started in fine fashion as they attacked right from the word go. This however lasted a mere 5 minutes as after that BFC composed themselves. BFC then took the bull by its horns and it was Danish in the 8th minute, who drilled home from the edge of the box to put his side ahead. MCFC tried to create more chances but they kept on coming out second best. Roshan has certainly been the standout so far in this match for BFC and he wreaked havoc on that right flank. The Islanders were held by SC East Bengal to a 0-0 draw in their last encounter stretching it to a four game winless run. Des Buckingham’s men started the season in brilliant fashion with a 3-0 defeat against FC followed by 5-1 dribbling of last season’s finalists ATK Mohun Bagan. But then losses against Hyderabad FC, Kerala Blasters and Odisha FC held them back a little. Now they need a win against Bengaluru FC to get back to the top of the ISL points table.
