Manchester United New Manager: Brendan Rodgers reportedly looking for a new house in Cheshire as he gets closer to joining Manchester United: The international break presents a perfect opportunity for any club to make a managerial change but according to reports, Manchester United board is desperate to continue with their current 1st team manager- Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, given that Ole signed an extension until 2024 this summer only, it will take a hefty compensation for the Manchester United hierarchy to relive him of his duties, however if the situation gets totally out of control, (like the super league protest) United owners would have no option, other than sacking the Norwegian.

According to reports from the Manchester Evening News, a Manchester based outlet and Sky Sports in England- Manchester United hierarchy is prepared for the worst, they have already started talks with former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers in case they need a change in the coaching sector of the club, Manchester United’s next league game against Watford could hold the key to Solskjaer’s future.

Premier League: Norwich to appoint axed Aston Villa boss Dean Smith

Before appointing Brendan Rodgers as manager, Leicester City were struggling big time under managers Claude Puel and Michael Appleton, but the Northern Irishman has transformed the foxes making them one of the big hitters themselves. The Leicester boss’ tenure at the King Power has been as impressive as his 1st year at Merseyside was, where he came close to winning Liverpool their 1st league title in the Premier League era.

Manchester United New Manager: While Manchester United haven’t won a trophy in the last 4 years, Rodgers won the FA Cup last season with Leicester City beating European Champions Chelsea and Premier League winners Manchester City in their running to the victory.

The former Celtics manager has got the better of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in his last 3 meetings, beating the Norwegian 4-2 in October recently.

Despite interest in him from Unites, he has also been touted as a potential successor for Pep Guardiola and Manchester City, when the Spaniard’s contract at the Etihad expires.
