Manchester United 1-1 Young Boys: Despite draw Man United advance to knockout stages, Mason Greenwood scores an incredible acrobatic goal- After having already secured first place in their respective group, Ralf Rangnick decided to field a much-rotated Manchester United side.

Man United were held to a 1-1 draw by Swiss side Young Boys in the final match of the Champions League group stage on Wednesday. Manchester United started the game extremely well and it looked as if United were going to steamroll the visitors after Mason Greenwood scored an acrobatic volley after just nine minutes into the game.

Manchester United had many great chances to add to their tally but the trio of Anthony Elanga, Amad and Juan Mata failed to make them count and it didn’t take Young Boys much time and they equalised just before the break.

A sloppy pass from Donny van de Beek, who had otherwise had a good half, was intercepted by Fabian Rieder, who brilliantly curled it into the top corner.

Despite handing debuts to youngster Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage United had a disappointing end to the game, with Aaron Wan Bissaka had to be taken on a strecher in an injury that didn’t look good. Follow InsideSport.IN for more updates-
