Kylian Mbappe: What feels like the longest transfer saga ever doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. Kylian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain have been at the forefront of every transfer window for the last 3 summers. Every summer, there are rumors that Mbappe wants to leave PSG and every summer, he ends up staying. The same seems to be happening this time, but PSG seems adamant to sell him this summer as they want to recoup some money. Since Mbappe has refused to leave, PSG has banished him to train with the B-team.

As his battle with PSG continues, Kylian Mbappe will train with the club’s ‘B’ squad on Monday morning. After refusing to sign a contract extension, the World Cup winner was left off of the club’s pre-season tour to Japan. The striker, 24, is at odds with the French champions over his refusal to sign a contract extension.
Mbappe’s contract expires at the conclusion of the current season, and authorities, who believe he has inked a deal with Real Madrid beginning in 2024, are eager to collect a transfer price for their £250 million asset before he walks away for nothing. Mbappe recently rejected a ‘guaranteed sale’ provision for the end of the season, opting instead for a free move.
Mbappe thinks PSG B-team could beat main team
According to chiefSky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol, Mbappe allegedly boasted to his teammates on the bomb squad that they would defeat the first team in any matchup. The ‘loft’ players currently practice in the mornings, while Luis Enrique’s primary group practices in the afternoons.
Along with Mbappe, 14 other athletes are presently undergoing training with the bomb squad, including Julian Draxler and Leandro Paredes, who both won the World Cup. In recent weeks, the relationship between the player and the club has deteriorated significantly due to Mbappe’s unwavering determination to go to the Bernabeu.
Al-Hilal bid for Mbappe
In what came as a bit of a shocking news, Al-Hilal, in Saudi Arabia, were very keen on getting Kylian Mbappe to the Middle East. Although, reports say that Kylian Mbappe is not keen on meeting with Al Hilal executives to talk about moving to Saudi Arabia. Following a world-record €300 million (£257 million) offer for Mbappe from the Saudi club on Saturday, PSG has offered Al Hilal permission to talk with the player.

Al Hilal representatives were in Paris this week, but there was no interaction with Mbappe’s team. PSG insiders think Mbappe is avoiding Al Hilal because he already decided to leave PSG as a free agent next summer when his contract expires and join Real Madrid.
At least five clubs, according to PSG, are interested in signing Mbappe. The French champions have received other offers in addition to the one from Al Hilal. There is reportedly already a “hot market” for the France captain, with Chelsea, Manchester United, and Barcelona among the clubs that are interested.
