1. Ahmed Jahouh
Ahmed Jahouh, making his debut for Mumbai City FC under Sergio Lobera, got himself sent off just two minutes from half time after catching NorthEast United’s Khassa Camara with an unnecessary challenge with his studs up in the centre of the pitch. The end result was a 1-0 win for the Highlanders.
While some might say the red card was harsh, the midfielder had only himself to blame for committing a silly challenge while his team was clearly dominating proceedings.
2. Rakesh Masih
Eight games after being sent off in Mohammedan Sporting colours in the Black Panthers’ 2013-14 I-League campaign, Masih made his ISL debut with fellow Kolkatan outfit – the erstwhile Atletico de Kolkata.

The Cameroonian began his run in the ISL at NorthEast United in the second edition of the ISL. A couple of seasons later he returned to sign for Jamshedpur FC in the Red Miners’ maiden ISL appearance.
Andre’s Jamshedpur debut was off the bench, replacing Mehtab Hossain in the centre of the park in the 69th minute, only to be given the marching order in the 77th minute for a high boot challenge on Colombian attacker Luis Paez in a goalless draw.
3. Dimple Bhagat
The Punjabi defender made his ISL debut with Hyderabad FC in the 2019-20 ISL season, joining from The Nizams in the January transfer window from I-League outfit Gokulam Kerala.
In his first bow in the ISL against Odisha FC, he earned his first booking in the 15th minute for attempting a goal-line clearance using his arm and the was booked again towards the end of the first half for bringing down Aridane Santana in the centre of the six-yard box that allowed Odisha complete a 2-1 win.
4. Andre Bikey-Amougou
The Cameroonian began his run in the ISL at NorthEast United in the second edition of the ISL. A couple of seasons later he returned to sign for Jamshedpur FC in the Red Miners’ maiden ISL appearance.
