Glazer family to skip Sir Bobby Charlton’s funeral due to angry Man United fans

The football world will now celebrate his glory and his contribution to the game on Monday in Manchester. As per detail, the funeral cortege will head to Old Trafford in the afternoon time, before it makes its way to Manchester Cathedral.

We lost Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton last month and as per reports by The Sun, Man United owners Glazer family will not attend the funeral of the former legend due to fears of abuse from Man United fans. We are all aware of the current situation at Man United. Fans are angry on Glazers and they want a new owner. Fans even come up with posters against Glazers in the ground.

Man United legend passed away last month at the age of 86 following a fall at a care home. He was fighting dementia for some time prior to his passing. The football world will now celebrate his glory and his contribution to the game on Monday in Manchester. All have come on final thing is they should avoid attending the ceremony so they can avoid outrage from Man United fans. Sir Bobby Charlton was a football legend and was a director at the club and ever-present at games until his dementia diagnosis in 2020.
