Salah signed a new contract at Liverpool last year that expires in 2025. Salah had an average season but he is still a brand among Liverpool fans. He was the star of the season in 2021/22 when Liverpool won FA Cup and EFL Cup, followed by runner-ups in both Premier League and Champions League.

Salah will now join the Egypt squad for AFCON qualifying games and then, he will join Liverpool for important Premier League fixtures. The 30-year-old winger has scored 11 goals in 26 Premier League games but he still looked poor in many areas.
