Antonio Conte is well known for winning trophies with his structural teams, which he forms. The Italian manager has won trophies for every club he has managed except for Spurs. He was appointed by Chelsea in 2016 and led the team to win the Premier League title in the very first season. He won the FA Cup in the following season but was sacked by the club after failing to guide the team to a Top 4 spot.
Conte won 60 matches out of 109 played at Chelsea and lost only 20. Chelsea hasn’t won the Premier League since then Conte left the club. On the other hand, Conte led the Italian side Inter Mila to the Serie A title ending their 10 years drought.
Chelsea is considering bringing back Conte at Stamford Bridge. He will impose a structured play style to the Chelsea players in order to win the trophies again. However, Conte isn’t the only one on the list to grab the managerial role for the Blues.
Chelsea’s Managerial Candidate
Former Bayern manager Julian Nagelsmann is also one of the favorites to replace Potter at Chelsea. The German was sacked last month from Bayern despite producing good results in recent times.
