Bryan Robson Car Crash: Bryan Robson, the legendary Manchester United player, was involved in a car accident on the way to watch his former club’s victory over Everton. Upon the arrival of police officers, one lane of the dual carriageway was closed to remove the debris. Robson, who was given the nickname “Captain Marvel” during his playing career, stood on the grass embankment with a young boy, embracing him and conversing with the police.

As a Manchester United ambassador, the former midfielder was donned official club attire at the time of the incident. According to a witness, “I did not witness the other vehicle involved in the accident, but it appeared that Robson’s car was struck from the rear.”

“There was quite a lot of damage to the Mercedes and a section bumper was hanging off.

“It didn’t look like anyone was injured and Robson was all smiles while talking to the officers.

“He’s probably been tackled harder from behind during his playing days!

The incident occurred around yesterday morning on Princess Parkway, Manchester.

Later, Robson was seen at Old Trafford Stadium, where Manchester United defeated Everton 2-0 in the lunchtime kickoff.

Robson had an illustrious career with Manchester United, making 470 appearances and scoring 103 goals over a 13-year period before going on to manage Middlesborough, Bradford City, West Bromwich Albion, and Sheffield United.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police declined to comment on the minor road traffic incident.
