Belgium will be without Courtois against Germany. Matz Sels or Koen Casteels will be the ones, who will be replacing the Courtois on the team.
Courtois played the last game for Belgium against Sweden to begin the Euro 2024 qualifiers campaign. The Real Madrid goalkeeper featured for the full 90 minutes, which Belgium won by 3-0. Although the next game is not a qualifier against Germany, the injury has raised concerns in the Real Madrid camp.
Real Madrid is currently going through a rough patch, and the hunt for the La Liga title looks tougher than ever. They will be facing Real Valladolid in the next league game. Furthermore, the team will meet Barcelona once again in the Copa del Ray semi-final, where Madrid is trailing by 1-0. There are also Champions League games scheduled after that, which makes the upcoming fixtures very tricky.
Real Madrid in no circumstances will want to play without their main goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, who has been solid in front of the post for years.

The goalkeeper has returned to Madrid and will be undergoing medical checkups. The checkup will bring more clarity to the situation and it’ll give the estimated time Courtois will miss due to the injury, and when he might return.
This is the 3rd time this season, Courtois has sustained any injury. Earlier, he missed 5 games in September-October due to Sciatic Problem. Then followed the Hamstring Injury which sidelined him for 3 games. Andriy Lunin has started 6 games in La Liga for Real Madrid this season in the absence of Belgian.
