While BookMyShow has no option for e-tickets in the game, collecting the tickets physically is a hassle. The ticket box office is one kilometer away from the stadium and the tickets need to be collected prior. It will not be operational on the game day when most of the fans are scheduled to arrive. ISL 2023 Final: ISL ticket FIASCO once again, travelling fans in VERY UPSET as organisers ask them to collect tickets a day in advance, Check WHY?

In an attempt to not provide any of the teams an added advantage of the home ground and support, the ISL Final has been scheduled at Goa. The East Stands of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium has been allocated to the away fans. The East-A Upper and Lower stands are for Bengaluru FC fans. The East-B Upper and Lower are for the ATK Mohun Bagan fans. However, both the stands are sold out with about 48 hours to the game. Despite the fans traveling, a major question arises if they would be able to watch their teams.

The fans who booked the tickets via BookMyShow have been asked to collect a physical copy of the ticket. The ticket counter is about a kilometer from the main stadium and will be operational from 11 AM to & Pm. However, the confirmation message from the site reads that the tickets need to be collected by March 17, a day prior to the game. The problem arises with the fans being scheduled to reach on the match day. However, Bengaluru Fc media replied to have working on it when the issue was raised.
