Kerala Blasters take to social media to inform the decision of their star player missing the upcoming tournament. The Kerala outfits wished Adrian Luna the best of wishes and expressed their desire to have him back in their midst very soon.

“The club would like to inform its fans that Adrian Luna has been granted extended leave for personal reasons. As a result, he will not be participating in the upcoming edition of the Hero Super Cup. We understand the importance of this competition, but we respect Adrian’s need for time away from the team.

We wish him all the best and hope to have him back with us soon.”

Kerala Blasters are now left with just 5 foreigners after Luna is set to miss the Super Cup. The Kerala-based ISL club has Victor Mongil, Apostolos Giannou, Dimitrios Diamantakos, Marko Leskovic, and Ivan Kalyuzhnyi in their ranks.

Kerala Blasters are slotted in Group A which consists of Bengaluru FC, Roundglass Punjab, and the winner of Qualifier 1. They begin their Super Cup campaign on 8th April when they take on Roundglass Punjab.
