India will hold a five-day training camp in Kolkata before travelling to Imphal to compete in the Hero Tri-Nation International Football Tournament at the Khuman Lampak Stadium from March 22 to 28, with Myanmar and the Kyrgyz Republic as their opponents. 14 of the 23 players called up for the squad will report to camp on Wednesday.

The other nine (Bengaluru FC and ATK Mohun Bagan FC players) will join on Match 19, one day after the Hero ISL 2022-23 final. Eleven players have been designated as reserves and will be called up for the camp only if necessary. Following the completion of the Hero ISL final, the final list of 23 players for the Hero Tri-Nation International Football Tournament will be announced.
