Despite being 38 years old and no longer performing at his peak, Cristiano Ronaldo’s career continues to make headlines as he breaks records. While it’s unclear if he will start or come off the bench, all indications indicate his inclusion in the match.

Ronaldo is set to play his 197th international game against Liechtenstein, pending Roberto Martinez’s decision to give him the opportunity. Bader Al-Mutawa of Kuwait had also played 196 matches, the same number as Ronaldo, but he played his final game on June 14, 2022.
