Two changes are made to the starting lineup from the loss to Bayer Leverkusen to start Thomas Tuchel’s tenure at Bayern. After missing the previous two games due to injury, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is now back in the lineup. In addition, Kingsley Coman makes his first start in the Bundesliga in a month.

Three changes have been made to the starting lineup by visiting coach Edin Terzic from the team that thrashed Cologne before the break. While Gregor Kobel and Julian Brandt are now injury-free and able to play here, Emre Can returns from suspension.

Bayern begins to get control of the ball. Coman is the main left-side outlet, but he is unable to break the Dortmund offside trap. After the break, Bayern started with the same momentum. Coman slided in the fourth!. He deserved a goal for his all-around performance tonight. Sane dazzles on the right side of the penalty area, turns inside, and blasts the ball through the defence – where Coman sneaks in to push it past Kobel!

Gnabry makes an immediate impact, chopping down Bellingham in the box. Dortmund now has the opportunity to reduce the cushion. Emre Can trundles up and hits a high shot to Sommer’s left. The goalie dives correctly, but the strike is accurate and nestles inside the post.
