FIFA World Cup Qualifiers LIVE: Good news for Argentina, Lionel Messi trains ahead of match against Uruguay, Check pictures.

Lionel Messi who had a nightmare first-half at PSG after being substituted at half time by Mauricio Pochettino has been training for his national side Argentina ahead of their World Cup Qualifier match against Uruguay on 13th November at 4:30 AM. Lionel Messi was an injury doubt for the match against reigning French champions Lille but eventually started the match and was substituted at half time in place of Mauro Icardi as the Argentinian looked to struggle with a knee injury. But it is good news for his National team side as Messi has been spotted training alongside his Argentinian teammates.

Argentina are currently 2nd in the World Cup Qualifying table 6 points behind Brazil. Argentina are yet to lose a game in the Qualification stage. Only Brazil (10 W) have had more wins than Argentina (7 W).

Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni has not given any hints on whether Messi will play or who would be picked as his replacement. Lionel Messi has played 990 mins (11 matches) in Argentina’s World Cup Qualification progress and has scored 6 goals for his national side.
