FIFA World Cup 2030: Real Madrid's home stadium Santiago Bernabeu to host FIFA World Cup 2030 final

The final venue for the FIFA World Cup 2030 has been more or less finalised. As per the latest reports in Spain, Real Madrid’s iconic Santiago Bernabeu stadium will host the coveted final. The FIFA World Cup in 2030 will be hosted by three nations which include the likes of Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

And the coveted final of the World Cup will be held at the mega Santiago Bernabeu which is the home stadium for La Liga giants Real Madrid. Since its opening back in 1947, the Bernabeu has hosted countless matches for Los Blancos. Reports further claim that the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) will officially finalise the issue next week.

FIFA World Cup 2030 Match Venues

As per the Spanish Federation, though three nations are jointly hosting the World Cup, majority of the games will be hosted in Spain. Spain is slated to have 13 venues, Morocco having 6 stadium while Portugal is left with 2 venues for the entirety of the tournament.

Spain will host the matches across 15 stadiums which have been distributed among the 13 venues. And the final match of the tournament will be hosted in Madrid with Bernabeu being the stadium. Back in 1984, the iconic Santiago Bernabeu hosted the World Cup final and now is set to become the stadium to host 2 World Cup finals, some 54 years apart.
