- Crystal Palace vs Hartlepool United
- Bournemouth vs Boreham Wood
- Chelsea vs Plymouth

- Kidderminster Harriers vs West Ham

All ties will be played between February 4-7. As with the third round, there will be no replays and all ties must be decided on the day via extra-time and penalties if necessary. Winning clubs in the fourth round will pick up £90,000 from the competition prize fund.
The FA have confirmed that third and fourth-round replays have been scrapped this season to aid fixture congestion caused by COVID-19 postponements. A number of Premier League and Football League games were called off last weekend after teams returned positive cases during testing.
