What is Cristiano Ronaldo’s Diet Regime?
According to Menino, the diet involved eating an egg and taking supplements for breakfast, supplements before and after training, and grilled fish or meat with salad for lunch and dinner. Despite his best efforts, Menino found the diet too difficult to maintain and ultimately abandoned it.
The following day, Menino was called up for a match and quickly realized the impact of his new diet.
“While warming up, all I could think about was ‘I’m going to die.’ After just five minutes of playing, I couldn’t run anymore, and I had to be replaced,” he recounted.
Thankfully, one of Menino’s teammates was receiving medical attention at the time, allowing him to take advantage of the break to consume an isotonic drink and apply a cooling gel.
