It is likely that if Alba misses out, Spanish international Srgi Roberto will be moved back to the Left-back position, with Oscar Mingueza occupying the Right-back spot. Eric Garcia is likely to replace the injured Ronald Araujo, while Spain’s youngest ever debutant is expected to start in the middle of the park.
Real Madrid- Carlo Ancelotti also has to deal with his team’s injury problems- Wales captain Gareth Bale will miss out after picking up a knee injury in September, Center-forward Luka Jovic is a doubt after picking up a knock in training last week. Good news for Madrid fans is that Ferland Mendy and Marcelo are training normally with the team after returning mid-week against Shakhtar. Another good news is that without any last-minute setbacks Dani Carvajal and Eden Hazard are both set to return in time for the Barcelona clash.
