ARSENAL to bag DECLAN RICE deal for £110 MILLION

ARSENAL to bag DECLAN RICE deal for £110 MILLION

Arsenal are all set to sign Declan Rice for £110 MILLION as Man United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich miss out on English midfielder

Declan Rice: West Ham is bound to lose Declan Rice this summer transfer window. There is no doubt about it. The same had been confirmed after the Europa Conference League Final by their CEO, David Sullivan. The Hammers would have been looking to stage a bidding war and gather as much money as they can. But, sadly for them, it looks like there will be no bidding war for the English midfielder. Declan has his heart set on Arsenal and does not want to explore any other options.

Declan Rice has made it clear that he wants to transfer to Arsenal, and West Ham has accepted this. They are probably going to abandon their ambitions to engage in a bidding battle with Chelsea, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich.

According to reports, Hammers manager David Moyes prefers a trade with Chelsea that includes Conor Gallagher as part of the exchange. Rice has made it obvious that he has no interest in joining the team that released him when he was just 14 years old. Rice wants to stay in the Premier League, therefore German champions Bayern have already abandoned their pursuit of the 24-year-old England star.

After purchasing a holding midfielder, Casemiro for £60 million, Manchester United is hesitant to spend significantly more on another player. As a result, Arsenal is now free to execute their top summer priority acquisition, and talks with West Ham are already well along.

West Ham value Rice at £110 million

Rice is valued at £110 million by the Hammers, but the Gunners are seeking to pay a club-record £90 million for him. With the possibility of an additional £10 million in bonus payments and add-ons, it is anticipated that the two teams would settle on a deal for £100 million.

Arsenal, who was dissatisfied with how their January transfers for Moises Caicedo and Mykhailo Mudryk played out after a number of proposals were openly turned down, has not yet made an official bid. In order to negotiate price and payment arrangements, they would prefer to keep their discussions with West Ham private. They are optimistic that they can sign the player within the next few weeks.

While serving for England, Rice will be on standby beginning the following week to finalize personal terms and undergo a physical. He thinks Mikel Arteta’s strategy of assembling a team around eager young players who can develop alongside one another for the next five to six years fits him wonderfully.

The opportunity to play Champions League football is another huge incentive for the midfielder, who has been told he can leave West Ham after rejecting a new £200,000-a-week contract.

Arsenal interested in Kai Havertz too?

The £60 million hunt for Chelsea forward Kai Havertz by Arsenal has begun. According to reports, the Gunners are willing to offer the German international more than £200,000 per week to sign with them. Importantly, if Arsenal and Chelsea can agree on a transfer deal, Havertz is eager to move across London.

The interest from Arsenal is known to Havertz. With two years left on his contract, Havertz’s value is being pushed aggressively by Chelsea, who is demanding at least £70 million for him. Arsenal is optimistic that they can reach a deal for more than £60 million, including add-ons. Chelsea is willing to extend Havertz’s contract, but the revised terms of that contract will probably result in lower pay for him.
