Adidas reveals new home and away kits for CONMEBOL federations ahead of Copa America 2024

Copa America 2024 will be held from June 20 to July 14, 2024, and the winner will later compete in the 2025 CONMEBOL–UEFA Cup of Champions against the UEFA Euro 2024 winner.

Ahead of the first international break of the year and with two major tournaments on the horizon, Adidas has revealed a plethora of home and away kits for various partner federations participating in the 2024 Copa America.

The latest kits, designed for Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, join the previously released kits for Venezuela, with additional releases planned for the Jamaican and Costa Rican Federations later in the year. These kits showcase a fresh application of national colours, with an emphasis on bold hues.

Argentina

Argentina’s home kit features updated gold detailing, symbolizing recent global success and offering a contemporary interpretation of the iconic blue and white jersey. The away kit introduces a fresh royal blue colour, representing the team’s standing as one of the most successful in international football. Metallic graphic inserts and touches of light blue and white, inspired by the nation’s flag, create a jersey tailored to the new generation of fans.

The home jersey features phoenix wings along the side panel, offering a protective layer as players embrace new challenges. The away jersey boasts a dark base with smoke patterns and striking flamed orange detailing, invoking the phoenix’s symbolism of passion and revitalization.

Mexico

Mexico’s kits showcase eye-catching folk-art patterns, reflecting the vibrant and playful spirit of the nation. The home jersey incorporates patterns inspired by the iconic eagle symbol, symbolizing speed and precision. The away jersey features a serpent pattern, symbolizing power and greatness, taken from the Mexican coat of arms.
