PSG are pushing hard to keep Kylian Mbappe in Paris by offering the Frenchman a staggering offer. The Ligue 1 club has made a contract offer worth €1 billion (£865m/$1.1bn).
Kylian Mbappe is among the best strikers in the world and PSG don’t want to lose him. As per the reports of Defensa Central, Paris Saint-Germain have made a staggering offer to Mbappe. They are offering the World Cup 2018 winner a 10-year contract worth €1bn.

With the new contract on the table, PSG wants Mbappe to stay with the club till the age of 34. If this happens, it would also be the most lucrative sports contract in history. PSG have money to offer and they did it few years back when they signed Neymar from Barcelona on a record transfer fee.
Kylian Mbappe has re-presented his country twice in the World Cup final. He won it once in 2018 and was also the leading goal-scorer for the team in 2022. His story at PSG is fascinating but the lack of European success is pushing him to find a new home. He showed his desire to play for Real Madrid. The Frenchman is supposed to sign a deal with Los Blancos but it didn’t happen.
Mbappe has already informed his club that he is not interested to sign a new contract. He is keen to leave PSG as a free agent like Lionel Messi did last month. The Ligue 1 champion have also told the 24-year-old forward that he must either sign a new deal or be sold this summer.
Mbappe has given life to PSG’s goal-scoring ability as he netted 212 goals and provided 98 assists in 260 appearances. He won the Ligue 1 title in each season but faced heartbreaks in the Champions League which is the most prestigious trophy in Europe. He came close in 2020 but his team lost to Bayern in the final. He has achieved all glory for France with World Cup and Nations League titles.
The future of Mbappe is uncertain. Like the previous year, this whole transfer saga will set another puzzle. The whole episode will be continued and Real Madrid’s pursuit of signing Mbappe will remain open. Since the departure of Karim Benzema, they need someone like Mbappe to take charge in the forward position.
