Fantasy Premier League 2022-23: Top Captain picks for Gameweek 28

Ollie Watkins is our 4th option and a surprising name this week. Aston Villa forward has netted 9 times in Premier League this season. Aston Villa will face Bournemouth and Watkins can give us points from this game. Watkins scored in four of the last five games.
