Real Madrid New Manager: From Mauricio Pochettino to Xabi Alonso, Real Madrid Look For Options In Manager As Brazil Grow Interest In Carlos Ancelotti- Check Out

Ancelotti recently admitted about the interesting offers from the Brazilian national team but clarified at the same time that his main focus currently is Real Madrid. The seat for a manager at Brazil National Team is still vacant and Ancelotti is their favorite target. In case, the Italian leaves, here are some of the names, Real Madrid might opt for:

Mauricio Pochettino

The Argentian manager has experience of managing some big names in the game and producing good results. Even though his run at PSG was not as per expectations, his work at Southampton and Tottenham Hotspurs are commendable. He guided Spurs to finish as Runner-up in Premier League twice as well as in the Champions League once. The biggest achievement he had is that Pochettino did all these with a squad, which was not very star-studded and low in budget.

Pochettino’s playstyle will suit Real Madrid and he might help the Spanish club win multiple trophies if appointed.

Raul

Real Madrid’s legend, Raul might become the next manager of the club as the club has often produced good results after an internal promotion. Zinedine Zidane won multiple La Liga and 3 back to back Champions League trophies under him. Raul has been managing the Real Madrid B side since 2019 and it might finally be time when he steps up for the bigger role.

Julian Naglesmann

The recently sacked Bayern Manager can be an ideal replacement for Real Madrid. Naglesmann turned Bayern into a goal machine even after their main man Robert Lewandowski left. His playstyle will suit real Madrid as both parties like to play aggressively.

Xabi Alonso

Another Real Madrid product, who can take up the charge if Ancelotti leaves. Alonso is currently managing the German side, Bayern Leverkusen, who are eyeing a top 6 finish in the league. When Alonso took charge, the club was battling relegation.
