As the social media feud between rival WAGs heated up, Becky called Annie a “doormat.”
According to sources, Annie was livid with her rival for tarnishing her reputation in light of the indecent exposure incident involving England and Manchester City star Kyle Walker.
While Annie has chosen to remain composed, Becky’s mockery of her as a “victim” pushed her over the edge.
On Sunday, the same day that an intoxicated Walker exposed himself and flirted with two female acquaintances at a bar, Becky, aged 41, posted on Instagram, “The gift that keeps on giving.”
Becky vehemently denied that her post had any connection to Walker or Annie. However, her recent Instagram post defending herself only served to fuel her rival’s anger.
In her post, Becky expressed frustration at waking up to yet another negative story that aimed to attack her. She also noted that her name was being used instead of the people who were actually ridiculing Annie for being a “doormat.”
Annie, who is a friend of Coleen Rooney, was inadvertently drawn into the Wagatha libel trial between Coleen and Becky last year. During the trial, Becky alleged that Annie had orchestrated a staged photo of the WAGs during the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Becky claimed that Annie was the mastermind behind the idea.

On Wednesday, the police spoke with the staff at Revolution and seized the video footage of Kyle Walker’s 90-minute visit to the bar with his male and female friends. The authorities are currently investigating whether any criminal act was committed.
Manchester City has declined to comment on the scandal, asserting that the player’s actions were a private matter. On Wednesday, Walker attended training as usual.
