Fans can buy tickets at FIFA.com/tickets , throughout the duration of the World Cup with teams across the world fighting it out for the biggest sporting prize. There will be 32 teams in the tournament, with over 2.45 million tickets sold across the three phases of ticket sales. In the buyer’s list, India features in the Top 10 countries, with Qatar, Canada, England, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UAE, and the USA among the list.

The ticket applications first opened on January 19, 2022. Fans have been flocking for accommodation and facilities for the event, with the World Cup set to be held in the winter for the first time ever. Fans attending will need to apply for a Hayya card available on qatar22.qa or Hayya to Qatar 22 mobile app. The previous edition of the World Cup was in 2018 in Russia, with France going into this edition as the defending champions.
