Fellow batter Glenn Maxwell was left bamboozled after watching the ball sail away into the roof. The Australian all-rounder could only smile in wonder after the hammering shot from his skipper. Back in the dugout, Virat Kohli too had a smile on his face after seeing such a humongous hit.

Faf du Plessis MONSTER Six
The incident took place in the 15tth over, when the RCB skipper decided to target Ravi Bishnoi. A total of 20 runs came from the over but the highlight of the over was the huge six from du Plessis. Such was the power of the hit that the ball found itself on the roof of the stadium. Moments later it was calculated that the six was measured at a distance of 115 meters. Not only it becomes the longest sixer of IPL 2023, it also find itself in the books for one of the longest sixes in the history of the Indian Premier League.
