The vehicle could be very similar to the Ferrari F1-75 with a slimmer back and wide sidepods. Meanwhile, Schmidt said, “Maybe it will be a Ferrari copy, let’s see.”
Six points after five races aren’t what Lawrence Stroll pursued when he purchased the F1 group and rebranded it Aston Martin, and as such, the group is apparently set to spend what is most likely a major chunk of their 2022 financial plan cap presenting ‘a half new car’ at the Spanish Grand Prix.

Meanwhile, Schmidt added it isn’t ‘100 percent certain’ that the vehicle will be prepared in time for the Barcelona race because of deficiencies in the material the group needs to assemble the vehicle. The group may just have an adequate number of parts for one of the drivers to get the redesign.
