Then came the turn of the other Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc who on lap 20 retired his car as smoke started coming out from his vehicle. He was leading the race at that very moment but stopped on the track as Ferrari had a heartbreaking day. It is something unusual for such a big team to see both their drivers retire from one single race.

Meanwhile, the last two races have seen the Dane driver retire and his best finish came at the season opener in Bahrain, where he claimed the fifth spot. Furthermore, Ferrari seriously needs to look into their power units as they themselves and the other teams had to go through heartbreaks in Baku.
The Italian team needs to find a quick fix to solve their issues if they have to fight against the likes of Red Bull.
