xQc was simply toying around on the FL Studio platform along with two other streamers Pokelawls and JesseSMFI, who taught him the basics of music theory and helped him understand the working of the digital audio workstation.

xQc seems to be a natural when it comes to making music beats on FL Studio

The former Overwatch pro spent two hours learning the basics and working of FL Studio, following which he showed off his first ever music beat. He installed several plug-ins which allowed him access to different instrumental beats, which he used while working on learning the basics of the digital audio workstation. xQc seemed to be enjoying himself a lot while learning how to make music on FL Studio. After several hours of tireless effort, the Juicer was ready to share his first ever music production that he created on livestream.

xQc ended up developing a simple beat, which was a 16-bar loop with a drum beat and a catchy bass line. His mentors praised his effort quite a lot, and Pokelawls asked if he was a good teacher. xQc replied in the affirmative, saying that he was really interested in the process of music production and would definitely try it off stream as well.

“Yeah, thanks for teaching me, man. For sure, man. I mean, I’ll probably love it off-stream because I like that, you know? Yeah, just spamming the keys and cleaning all of the samples and all the whatever.”
