In a surprising turn of events, Team iNSANE Esports has bid farewell to its BGMI Roster, which included one of the most respected In-Game Leaders (IGL) in the Indian gaming community, Aadi. The team’s recent tournament performances fell short of expectations.
Team iNSANE Esports bids farewell to its BGMI roster
In a recent social media post, Team iNSANE officially announced the departure of their roster, expressing gratitude to the team members Aadi, Skipzzz, Harsh, and Darklord. Aadi, who served as the IGL for over two years, led the team to numerous achievements.
Although Team iNSANE showed promise in the initial rounds of the BGIS 2023 Marki event, they were unable to secure a spot in the finals. Additionally, the team faced challenges in qualifying for the last two LANs of the Skyesports Championship 5.0 and Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle 2023.
Team iNSANE has gained recognition for their ability to shine as underdogs. Unlike some other teams that rely on star players, iNSANE’s strength lies in their collective performance, allowing them to compete in various tournaments.
However, Harsh played the Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle 2023 with Team 8Bit; most likely, he will stick with 8Bit. But Aadi, Skipzz, and Darklord have to find a new team now that opportunities are open in the industry with many teams shuffling their BGMI rosters. Recently, Jelly also left OR Esports after playing over 2 years with the team. Moreover, a question remains: will Team iNSANE acquire a new roster or will they not shut down their entire eSports operations?
