Red Parasite’s Bengaluru Starbusters wins THE FINALS League By Skyesports

Red Parasite’s Bengaluru Starbusters Beat Scout’s Ahmedabad Meteors and becomes the champion of THE FINALS League by Skyesports.

Skyesports, a premier global IP and community builder for gaming and esports, has successfully wrapped up THE FINALS League. It was an IPL-style tournament where 10 teams represented different cities across the country competed for glory. The event features a massive prize pool of the $10,000 prize pool. Red Parasite’s Bengaluru Starbusters crowned champions of the event.

THE FINALS League is a new esports competition for the exciting FPS title THE FINALS, published by Embark Studios. The game features a unique “Cash Out” mode, where four teams of three players each drop into the battlefield to eliminate opponents and secure the most cash before the timer runs out. Thanks to its innovative take on the multiplayer shooter genre, the game has rapidly gained popularity in India.

The tournament began with a player auction, during which the city-based team owners and captains selected their squads. Each team was composed of a mix of influencers and pro players, ensuring engaging esports action for fans.

From September 14 to 25, the 10 teams competed in a double round-robin Group Stage, with the top 8 advancing to the Playoffs in October. The Playoffs followed an IPL-style eliminator format, where the top four teams battled in Qualifier 1, followed by Eliminators 1 and 2, to determine the Grand Finalists.

In the final stage of THE FINALS League, Bengaluru Starbusters, Ahmedabad Meteors, Punjab Asteroids, and Rajasthan Galactics fought for the title and the lion’s share of the $10,000 prize pool.

Ultimately, Bengaluru Starbusters, led by popular content creator Red Parasite, claimed the championship after an intense series. They were followed by Tanmay “ScoutOP” Singh’s Ahmedabad Meteors, who finished second.

Commenting on the team’s fun-centered philosophy and the social elements of the game, Red Parasite from the winning Bengaluru Starbusters said“We had a great time in THE FINALS League. Even if we lost, it wouldn’t have mattered because we made amazing friends and created a great vibe together.”

Red Parasite also offered advice to aspiring esports athletes“THE FINALS team is hosting many tournaments in India. If you’re looking to break into new games, jump into THE FINALS and start your esports journey here—it’s full of opportunities.”

With the conclusion of THE FINALS League, Skyesports will soon announce more competitions.
