PUBG New State Patch Delay Compensation announcement: Krafton is giving compensation to users for the delay of upcoming PUBG New State Patch Notes. We know that many Survivors were eagerly waiting for the new contents and improvements in our Dec. 9 patch, and many of you were disappointed and frustrated after Krafton announced that the update had to be postponed. Here are all details about the compensation.

Dear Survivors,
Maintenance date is still pending due to app review delay. As promised, 3 Chicken Medals have been sent to your in-game mail. We will update you again in a later post. Thank you again for your patience.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received confirmation of the store app reviews, which means that the update will continue to be delayed for the foreseeable future. We are extremely disappointed that we cannot bring the content we’ve been working hard to prepare to all our Survivors as promised, and we would like to apologize once again to our community and players for the continued delay.

To thank everyone for their patience during this time, we’ve planned a series of rewards that will be sent out to all Survivors until the postponed maintenance takes place, which will start on Dec. 14.

[Special Rewards Plan for the Delayed Dec. 9 Patch]

Starting Dec. 14, we will be sending out Chicken Medals to all Survivors every day. 2 Chicken Medals will be sent out on Dec. 14, and the number of Chicken Medals sent as rewards will increase by 1 each day.

• Example:
  • Rewards if the update does not occur on Dec. 14: 2 Chicken Medals
  • Rewards if the update does not occur on Dec. 15: 3 Chicken Medals
  • Rewards if the update does not occur on Dec. 16: 4 Chicken Medals

* Rewards will be sent out each day at 09:00 (UTC+0).

We will notify the community once we have an update regarding the patch and maintenance schedule. Thank you and the community for your patience while we work to get the update to you as soon as possible.
