The PMPL is the pro-level of the PUBG MOBILE esports ecosystem and sees the best teams from around the world compete in regional-based leagues for a share of a $5,300,000 USD prize pool. For 2022, the PMPL shifted to run on a 1-year-cycle instead of seasonal relegation in order to create a stable competitive environment and provide even more excitement for teams and fans.

PUBG Mobile Esports: Tencent announces the Schedule of PMPL Regional Championships 2022 Fall Season
- PMPL MEA Championship: October 13th – 16th
- PMPL SEA Championship: League (September 28 – October 16th) | Finals (October 21st – 23rd)
- PMPL Americas Championship: October 20th – 23rd
- PMPL European Championship: October 20th – 23rd
- PMPL South Asia Championship: October 13th – 16th
The top teams from each PMPL region will earn spots in PMPL Regional Championship Fall. The PMPL covers five Regional Championships including PMPL Southeast Asia Championship, PMPL South Asia Championship, PMPL Americas Championship, PMPL European Championship, and PMPL Middle East & Africa Championship. Teams from both the PMPL and the PMPL Regional Championship will also have the opportunity to earn a place at the prestigious 2022 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship. The 2022 PMGC will kick off in early November and see a spectacular LAN Grand Final in Indonesia in January 2023.
