Battlegrounds Mobile India Data Migration/transfer process:
Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Beta – Players getting ban for opening PUBG Mobile. BGMI (the Indian Rebranded version of PUBG Mobile) is offering a data migration feature where players can transfer their data from the old account of PUBG Mobile to the new one of BGMI. But you need to be aware of the process as a simple mistake lead your account to the ban for 50 years.

Players can transfer their old PUBG Mobile data to new BGMI by visiting the setting section of the game. They can select the login method Facebook/Twitter and login into the account and after confirming the data migration and your data will be migrated. You can only use Facebook and Twitter login for data transfer, there is no way to transfer your data through Google Play Games Account. Players should restart the game to apply the changes and access the old data in BGMI.

But there is one issue that is occurring with the players who transferred their data from PUBG Mobile to Battlegrounds Mobile India. After completing the data migration process do not try to access the same account in PUBG Mobile as it will lead you to an account ban for 50 years. Yeah, you read right you will get the ban for 50 years if you tried to access your PUBGM account in the global version of the game.

Players getting ban for opening PUBG Mobile. Krafton also requested the players to follow the community policies and do not spread toxicity in-game as it is a discriminative offense that could lead your account to the ban.
