Pokemon GO 5-Star Regice Raids: Available Time
Regice will be available in 5-Star Raids at most of the Pokemon Gyms near you. He will be available from 24th January till 1st February. The best time to catch Regice during the week will be the Pokemon GO Raid Hour event which is on 26th January. Between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time on this day, Pokemon GO trainers will have a higher chance to capture this legendary Pokemon.

In case you catch a Regice during your 5-Star Raids, congratulations! You now have to choose the best movesets for this Pokemon for different situations. Regice is considered a defensive Pokemon, but it can also be used as a solid attacker. This approach becomes more effective when you teach it ice attacks to take advantage of the same-type attack bonus it gains. Frost Breath is the best Fast Attack while Blizzard is the optimum Charged Attack choice for Regice. If you want to counter Rock and Steel-type Pokemons with Regice, you can try teaching it Rock Smash as Fast Attack and Earthquake/Focus Blast for Charged Attack.
