Krafton posted an update yesterday regarding the emergency maintenance,
“Hello Survivors, We are running emergency maintenance in order to resolve the connection issue. Please refer to the details below.

- Detail: To resolve the connection issue
We apologize for the delay in the maintenance announcement. We will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible notice will be updated when the issue is resolved. Thank you.”

As guided previously, we identified an issue where the reward for an Achievement ‘Higher Ground’ could be earned repetitively, and the issue was fixed as of 10/20(Thu) 08:53 UTC.
We will take the following measure for the accounts that seem to have abused this bug until the issue was fixed.
[Actions for the Abuse Account]
- Temporary bans will be applied to the accounts which have claimed the rewards repetitively.
- The ban period will differ for each account depending on the number of times the account claimed the rewards.
