MOONTON Games and Riot Games End IP Dispute with Global Settlement

Riot Games the publisher of famous MOBA game "League of Legends" have ended the lawsuit battle against MOONTON Games after global settlement.

MOONTON Games and Riot Games have ended their legal battle over intellectual property. Both companies reached a global settlement agreement, and Riot Games has dropped its lawsuits.

Previously, Riot Games sued Moonton for copyright infringement, claiming that Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (and other Moonton titles) copied elements from LoL, including characters, artwork, map design, and unit designs. Moonton denied the allegations and asserted their own intellectual property rights.

Thankfully, both companies have reached a global settlement agreement, resolving the lawsuit. The details of the settlement haven’t been made public.
