Ray Ng, Head of Esports Ecosystem at MOONTON Games, said: “A huge thank you to the awards committee, the panellists, and everyone who voted for us. This is another feather in the hat for MLBB and motivates us to continue creating great experiences for our passionate community.”

Ray added: “The M5 World Championship was one of our most challenging events; we could have had a different venue and even had an earthquake during the programme. But everyone worked exceptionally hard to overcome the challenges. In the end, the M5 set a new viewership record for MLBB Esports together with all our passionate fans from all around the world. We have our M6 World Championship taking place from tomorrow. Best of luck to the M6 team in Malaysia, who have worked day and night to kick off our final event of the year.”

The M6 World Championship is MLBB’s flagship international tournament. The sixth edition of the M Series will take place in Malaysia from 21 November to 15 December, and will feature 23 teams from 16 international regions.
