Blacklist International crush RRQ Hoshi with a 3-0 clean sweep

After getting dominated 3-0 by ONIC Philippines, RRQ Hoshi looked to bounce back by registering a win against another Filipino team, Blacklist International. But unfortunately for them, history repeated itself. In the first game, their hero lineup was quite solid and they got a good lead. But they were not able to capitalize on it and Blacklist made a comeback after many back-and-forth swinging team fights. From this loss, it looked like RRQ lost its momentum. They were out drafted in both the second and third games by Blacklist International. Under the dominant performances of the Blacklist damage dealers, RRQ got swept again in both the second and third matches.

EVOS SG manage to win 3-2 after a brave comeback by TODAK

In this match series, the last hopes of Singapore and Malaysia went against each other. It was a more nail-biting series as there were plenty of outplays and even minor mistakes were punished by the rival team. In the first game, TODAK won on the backs Beatrix’s dominant performance. The second game was a comeback story as the lagging EVOS punished TODAK’s overaggression and pushed forward to win the game. In the third game, we saw a dominant performance by all the EVOS members while TODAK looked lost. EVOS SG won the game with a 12-2 kill score. In the fourth game, TODAK was able to put a stop to EVOS’s momentum. They punished EVOS’s mistakes and took advantage of their poor positioning to win this game with ease. In the final match, EVOS drafted a better hero lineup that helped them to come on top in team fights. TODAK playstyle looked quite risky as they gave unnecessary kills and advantages to the enemy.
