In a recent blog post Krafton shared the update, “We regret to inform you that the scheduled April update has been postponed,and the update maintenance will now take place on April 29th (Monday). We would like to extend our apologies to all of you who have been eagerly anticipating this April update.We will make even greater efforts to provide you, our survivors, with a pleasant service.Please refer to the information provided below for further guidance and continue enjoying the game.”

Maintenance Schedule: 4/29, 00:00 – 06:00 (UTC+0)
Maintenance Notes: You will not be able to access the game once the maintenance begins. The maintenance schedule may change depending on emergent issues.
Any changes will be announced on this notice.

If you encounter issues when downloading the update, please force quit the app or restart your device and try downloading the update again. The update may become available on store apps later for certain devices.
