American esports organization, Sentinels, recently shook the entire esports community with a piece of breaking news. The organization revealed that its Valorant roster is getting a new gamer. To the entire community’s excitement, the new Sentinels member turned out to be none other than popular gaming icon, Shroud. The news came in as a shock to FPS stans as nobody expected the popular content creator to return to the competitive esports sector after repeatedly denying any association with any professional organization. Sentinels saw great success in 2021 when they clinched the VCT Stage 2 Masters in style. Hopes were high and fans expected the faction to do well in 2022 as well. However, to everyone’s disappointment, Sentinels failed to live up to the expectations. With VCT NA LCQ 2022 around the corner, the addition of Shroud to the team would only make the team stronger as they will be more likely to give a strong performance in the event.

Sentinels Valorant roster as it stands

The addition of Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek raised several queries among gamers. The primary doubt among most enthusiasts was how Sentinels managed to accomodate the CS: GO veteran despite having many gamers available already.

Reputed gamer and an integral member of Sentinels, Hunter ‘Sick’ Mims is currently away from the competitive gaming segment. The gamer has decided to take a break to address his mental health issues. To fill up his spot, Shane ‘ Rawkus’ Flaherty had to step in. Despite that, the roster seemed weak and imbalanced.

Shroud will reportedly take up Sick’s place and enter the competitive arena to push Sentinels towards the top spot in the VCT NA LQC 2022. Shahzeb ‘ShahZam’ Khan would lead the team from the front while Shroud will be by his side pouring in years of FPS experience.

The entire Valorant roster for Sentinels looks somewhat like the following:

  • Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek
  • Shahzeb “ShahZam” Khan
  • Erik “Kanpeki” Xu
  • Tyson “Ngo” Tenz
  • Michael “dapr” Gulino
  • Shane “Rawkus” Flaherty (Head coach)
  • Hunter “Sick” Mims (Inactive)
  • Jared “Zombs” Gitlin (Benched)

With the addition of Shroud, fans believe that the Sentinels roster finally looks complete and can easily notch up the championship.
