GTA 6 international setting: After the huge success of GTA V, the gaming world is waiting for the next grand title from Rockstar Games, the GTA 6. It has been almost 8 years since GTA V was released and still it is one of the most popular open-world games. GTA 6 leaks have been spreading in the gaming community for a very long time and an international setting might feature in the game. A recent report reveals that Rockstar games have been planning to introduce an international setting on GTA 6 as various job listings have come up that might relate to some of the game’s development.
With a whole lot of other job listings, Rockstar Games is also watching out for photogrammetry artists who will be able to plan and discuss various scan locations with the art team both for local and international sites. The gaming studio opted for this approach previously when they came up with the massive and realistic open-world of Red Dead Redemption 2. The job listing has been published by Rockstar Toronto, whose divisions have also helped in the development of GTA V. Leaks have come out previously that GTA 6 will introduce a modern-day Vice City setting and will be heavily inspired by Miami. It also states that the Grand Theft Auto 6 is codenamed as ‘PROJECT AMERICAS’ and will feature both Vice City and Rio de Janeiro.
Popular leaker, Tom Henderson recently revealed that Dave Jackson, a voice actor, who claims that he has been playing the voice actor for a character called “Captain McClane” in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto title and “Captain McClane” is potentially rumoured to be a police chief in the game. Though fans are desperately waiting for GTA 6, reports suggest that the game is definitely not releasing soon. It is expected that Rockstar Games will release GTA 6 in 2023 at the earliest and could also be as late as 2025.
