Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean: Wrecked ship raises speculation
The map of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 underwent significant changes in the last few weeks. The Logjam Lumberyard POI was changed to Logjam Lotus. Recently it was revealed that in front of the POI, near the waterbody, there is a wrecked boat. The boat is completely worn out. But the mast of the boat is still intact. The sail of the boat is torn but the rest of it seems to be in a single piece. Interestingly, there is also a small telescope placed on the boat.
The wrecked boat along with the telescope has led to a lot of speculation in the community. Several theories have come up as well, and according to popular Fortnite YouTuber, EverydayFN, the wrecked boat is a strong indication of the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration event.
The YouTuber points out that last season, Epic Games teased Indiana Jones by placing a refrigerator near Condo Canyon. The developers often tease upcoming collaborations and events by placing related items on the island. At the moment, it is a long shot to speculate if Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean will take place or not. The theory is convincing, but it’s better to take the rumor with a pinch of salt and wait for some more information.
