The event will take place between July 11th-16th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Gamers8: The Land of Heroes, the world’s biggest Esports & Gaming Festival. HONOR Magic5 Pro will be the official smartphone partner for the 2023 PMWI, and will provide the best performance for professional players. All of the 27 participating teams will be competing for a share of the $3,000,000 prize pool as well as earn their region an extra slot for the upcoming PUBG MOBILE Global Championship.
On top of being crowned champions and earning the biggest share of the $3,000,000 prize pool, the winner of the 2023 PMWI will also earn their region an additional qualification slot in the upcoming PUBG MOBILE Global Championship. This will put extra pressure on the teams to perform, for the pride and benefit of their region.
In addition to this, the popular DJ and PUBG MOBILE fan Alan Walker will also compete at 2023 PMWI in a showmatch on July 13th with 2022 PMWI champions, Vampire Esports. Together they’ll go head to head against host region team R8 Esports and Topz to see who has the best skills.
