Celebrities’ voice pack in the game is not new. Many games have featured the voice packs of the popular creators of the game or other celebrities. Voice commands in the game are used to talk with the teammates without the use of a keyboard or mic. Players can easily send the in-game voice command if they have to make the location of the enemy. They can simply send the command “Danger Ahead” or “Enemy Ahead” or simply mark any location or ask a teammate for the ammo or guns.
At the Free Fire India announcement, Garena unveiled Indian cricket icon MS Dhoni as the new brand ambassador for Free Fire India. He will be celebrated as the first Indian sportsperson to be featured in-game as a playable character, “Thala”. Dhoni will be joined by other leading sportspersons, such as football captain Sunil Chhetri, badminton champion Saina Nehwal, tennis legend Leander Paes, and Kabbadi champion Rahul Chaudhari.
