Round 2 of BGIS 2023 is set to begin today. Day 1 will feature Group 1 and Group 2 in a total of 6 matches. The action kicks off at 1:30 p.m. with Erangel, followed by Miramar, Sanhok, Erangel again, and finally Miramar and Sanhok. Check out the BGIS 2023 Round 2 Day 1 Schedule
Format
480 teams from Round 1 + the bottom 32 teams from The Grind Week 5 (512 teams) will compete in Round 2, which starts on August 7 and runs until August 10. 512 teams will be divided into 32 groups of 16 teams each. The top 7 teams from each group (totaling 224 teams) advance to Round 3.

Rules
- It is mandatory for teams to join the match with “4 players”, under no circumstances the team is allowed to play with 1/2/3 players.
- Teams can play with the registered 5th/6th players in the Open Qualifiers.
- If a player/team is found to remove the in-game costume during the match they will face a “-5” Point forfeiture per warning (starting with a second warning).
- REMOVING CLOTHES NOT ALLOWED
- It is mandatory for all the players to record their matches played.

Gaming fans can enjoy the live stream starting with the final round of The Grind from August 17-20, followed by Round 1 of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023 streaming from August 31 onwards. The Grand Finals of the tournament will be streamed from October 12 to 14 on JioCinema. The matches will be streamed from 1 pm to 6 pm according to the schedule.
