For this #GGFORALL program, ESL will be offering $500,000 in prize winnings across all the regional leagues, DreamHack competitions, and ESL Cash Cups to develop a CS:GO competitive scene for women. In this competitive scene, there will be new leagues based on both Europe and America where eight teams will fight for a prize pool of $150,000. The best three teams from both these two regions, along with other teams qualifying from other regions will advance into the Global League Finals at DreamHack, Dallas in June, and DreamHack Winter in November.

Apart from the competitive scene, the tournament organizers also plan to create a Women Players Council. This will give the women players a channel to provide feedback directly to ESL and other organizers. ESL is also planning to invest resources to provide the “necessary tactics and tools” to selected broadcast talents. It will help them to develop their broadcast skills, commentary, and analysis.
