On the public test build, there have been many changes made on the weapon functionalities but most of them aren’t coming to the Global Version, as reported by COD Mobile. Sources suggest that the weapons are going through a major overhaul to bring back a much more balanced combat experience. For example, the SMGs are getting increased mobility, ARs are being optimized for higher long-range accuracy & LMGs are getting increased range as well for effective suppression fire in long distances. The Snipers, however, are probably receiving a nerf & will only be effective in long-range from now on. That said, nothing is officially verified yet. NA-45, the sniper that has recently become a nightmare for all players, is about to receive a few tweaks in the near future.
